Will Accelerate, powered by NetVU be cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID-19?

Now more than ever, it’s important that we connect, learn, and innovate. Accelerate 2020 is going virtual! We’re expanding the Accelerate experience with an entire summer of great content and opportunities to build lasting connections. What is the Summer of Accelerate, powered by NetVU?

Vertafore and NetVU have partnered closely to develop a one-of-a-kind digital conference experience spanning over the next 90 days – welcome to the Summer of Accelerate.

Join NetVU on Wednesday, May 27 at their annual meeting of members. All Vertafore customers are automatically members of NetVU and may join this meeting. This session will include an update on NetVU’s future direction and hear updates on resources available to you. Register here!

Vertafore will host a virtual three-day event June 9-11 with for our customers which will include:

  • Keynotes highlighting new products being released and areas of investment to help the independent agency channel thrive!
  • Interactive workshops about what’s new and what’s next with core Vertafore solutions
  • Focused breakouts to get the most out of our technology
  • Q&A opportunity with the Vertafore leadership team

Following this, NetVU will be offering Summer School weekly events all summer long! Throughout the summer, customers will be invited to join weekly NetVU member-led virtual sessions filled with the valuable education that we make available every year at Accelerate.

Ongoing access-from-anywhere chapter meetings will also be available for NetVU members as an additional way to connect and network with your peers.

All content is FREE to Vertafore customers.

Is there a cost to participate in the Summer of Accelerate 2020?

The online experience and content is free for all Vertafore customers. We’d welcome any and all of your colleagues to join and share this experience together.

Who should attend Summer of Accelerate, powered by NetVU?

This event has been curated for any and all Vertafore customers, specifically in the independent insurance channel. There are numerous sessions tailored specifically to all agency roles: owners, agents and brokers, agency staff, etc. Please note: event access is exclusive to active Vertafore users.

What’s the dress code?

We encourage you to use video throughout the event as a way to interact with our speakers and presenters. That said, it’s not lost on us that the virtual event experience is certainly not the same as in-person conferences – especially when it comes to attire. Our team will be rocking business casual and we encourage you to keep it comfortable, too.

What does registration include?

This complimentary virtual event includes an all-access pass to all conference sessions and post-event access to select presentations.

What time are the sessions being held?

All session times are listed on the Kickoff Agenda tab in Mountain Time. We know many of you will be joining us from all across the US, so don’t forget to mark your calendars in whichever time zone you’ll be attending from!

Will recordings be available after the conference?

We realize that you can’ be everywhere at once and that there are sessions occurring simultaneously that you’d like to attend. We will provide you with speaker decks and session recordings after the event so you can check out what you missed while attending other sessions.

Where will Accelerate 2021 be held?

We look forward to you joining us for the Accelerate 2021 Conference in Vertafore’s backyard: Denver, Colorado, on May 19-22, 2021. Registration will be available Fall 2020.

Something on my Virtual Platform isn't working as expected. How can I get tech support?

Once you’re logged onto the platform, tech support is right at your fingertips via the handy dandy “Tech Support” chat feature. You can access this by clicking the “Tech Support” rectangle that floats to the right of your screen. On the morning of the Livestream, you will be able to live chat with support in real time. If you’re having trouble getting signed up for or logged into the platform itself, you can reach out for support directly via email at [email protected].

How do I access the Livestream meeting on June 9?

Please log into this Virtual Platform, and click on the “Livestream” button in your site menu to access the stream. When it’s time for the meeting to start, the stream will automatically populate. If it’s past time for the meeting to start and you still don’t see the stream, then try refreshing your page. Still nothing? Just click on the “Tech Support” rectangle floating to the right of your screen to reach real-time tech support.

What do I do if my registration info is incorrect?

Typo in your name? No problem! If you need help changing your registration information, please email [email protected] and we can assist.

Which breakout groups can I join? Am I required to attend the breakout that I signed up for upon registration?

You are not required to stick with your breakout selection at the time of registration. The links to all breakout sessions will be available to all. Please feel free to join whichever one you would like to attend.
